Business and strengths<\/h2>\n

Letting the customer choose how much sugar, how strong the milk, and whether to add ginger or cardamom turned a drink no different from stall chai into an experience of choosing, and that is where Chaayos started. In the shop the order is recorded so that the same mix can be served straight away on the next visit.<\/p>\n

On top of the outlets, it sells canned RTD chai (ready to drink) and tea bags, trying to build a shape that does not depend on caf\u00e9 sales alone.<\/p>\n
