It is an integrated model that keeps sourcing, processing, storage, and delivery in house, with a setup that never breaks the cold chain before the product reaches the customer. Variation in quality easily makes buyers hesitate over fresh meat, and removing that hesitation became the foundation of the brand.<\/p>\n
