It offers nuggets, patties, kebabs and other formats matched to how Indian households cook. In a country with many vegetarians, what sets it apart is that it is positioned for people who want to eat less meat rather than for people who eat none.<\/p>\n

Vegetarians already don't eat meat, so they have little reason to want a meat-like product. The real target is meat eaters, giving them a reason, health or environmental, to cut down. But meat itself is expensive in India, and the segment eating it in large amounts daily is limited.<\/p>\n
