Remaking the street-stall samosa in a factory<\/h2>\n

Samosas are found in every town in India, cost little to make, and are easily copied. To enter that space as a specialty chain, the variation in quality has to be removed before any novelty of flavor. The company set up its own production facility in Bengaluru and supplies the same product to both its stores and its delivery channel.<\/p>\n

The lineup centers on veg, non-veg and novelty samosas and extends to Indian snacks more broadly. It is also working on frozen distribution and has started exporting.<\/p>\n

It turned back from B2B to physical stores<\/h2>\n

In its early years delivery and B2B were the core, but from December 2023 it switched to opening physical stores. As of January 2025 it had more than 40 outlets, of which 15 were physical QSR stores. That month it opened in Nexus Mall and Ashoka One Mall in Hyderabad and at the same time launched its production facility in Bengaluru.<\/p>\n
