Hari Menon and Vipul Parekh, the co-founders who built BigBasket, one of India's largest online grocery e-commerce platforms, have entered the final stage of stepping down from operations. Parent company Tata Digital is bringing in an outside professional CEO, switching to a structure that will compete in earnest in the quick commerce market, where Blinkit (under Eternal, formerly Zomato) and Zepto together hold the majority.
