TH Group operates some of the largest intensive dairy farms in Vietnam, and its herd is expected to reach 200,000 head by 2025. In 2025 the company plans to build a new plant worth VND 6.07 trillion (about USD 234 million) in the Song Than 3 Industrial Park in southern Ho Chi Minh City (Binh Duong Province was merged into it in July 2025). The site covers about 100,000 square meters and will produce dairy products, yogurt, ice cream, and non-alcoholic beverages. Phase 1 (2027) will secure annual capacity of 69,043 tons of dairy products, and the final phase 4 (2036 to 2037) targets annual production of 90,006 tons of dairy products and 327,482 tons of non-alcoholic beverages.<\/p>\n
