Every Half Coffee is an emerging coffee roaster pushing Vietnamese robusta beans into the specialty category. It took the overall Vietnam win at the Global Coffee Awards Origin, proving the potential of Vietnamese robusta in a world market dominated by arabica. It raised 3 million dollars in Pre-Series A funding from DSG Consumer Partners and targets 150% growth in 2025. In July 2025 it opened a new roastery in the Thao Dien area of Ho Chi Minh City, handling three species, arabica, robusta and liberica, and more than 12 varieties sourced from five provinces. From May of the same year it also began selling its own brand on e-commerce platforms in North America.<\/p>\n
