Samosas are found in every town in India, cost little to make, and are easily copied. To enter that space as a specialty chain, the variation in quality has to be removed before any novelty of flavor. The company set up its own production facility in Bengaluru and supplies the same product to both its stores and its delivery channel.
The lineup centers on veg, non-veg and novelty samosas and extends to Indian snacks more broadly. It is also working on frozen distribution and has started exporting.
In its early years delivery and B2B were the core, but from December 2023 it switched to opening physical stores. As of January 2025 it had more than 40 outlets, of which 15 were physical QSR stores. That month it opened in Nexus Mall and Ashoka One Mall in Hyderabad and at the same time launched its production facility in Bengaluru.
Revenue for the fiscal year ended March 2025 was ₹18.0 crore, up 30.1% from ₹13.9 crore the year before (Inc42's tally). The scale is small, and the figures suggest that the company has put money into bringing production in house rather than expanding its store network quickly.
Broken into frozen dough and filling, the samosa is not far from the process used for frozen foods in Japan. The company is reaching into frozen distribution and exports because it is trying to get past the ceiling on store count through manufacturing. For anyone importing Indian frozen snacks, it is a candidate that is small in scale but owns its production.
