Harajuku Tokyo Cafe is a cafe chain based in Delhi NCR that serves Japanese food. It is put together so the menu changes with the time of day: sushi at midday, sandwiches in the afternoon, and skewers and ramen at night.

Gaurav Kanwar launched it in Delhi in 2021. Taking the street culture of Harajuku in Tokyo as its base, it started as a Japanese food cafe aimed at young people in India. In Delhi NCR it drew customers with souffle pancakes, sandwiches, and boba tea. In 2025 it opened its first Mumbai store at Jio World Drive, adding a conveyor belt for sushi and izakaya-style evening service. Annual recurring revenue (ARR) has passed ₹30 crore (300 million rupees).
Serving Japanese food in India raises two questions at once: sourcing that can handle raw fish, and how many vegetarian items to prepare. By switching the menu with the time of day, the company uses one kitchen and one dining room as if they were two different formats between day and night. It is also an example of how a local business borrowing Japanese forms can move faster than a Japanese restaurant company going in on its own.
The range is wide, from cold plates (salmon carpaccio, yellowtail with truffle ponzu), sushi rolls, and street-style items such as shrimp and Korean corn dogs, to robatayaki (miso salmon, king oyster mushrooms), ramen, bento bowls, and sandwiches. The lineup changes with the time of day, with sushi at midday, sandwiches in the afternoon, and skewers and ramen at night. It has also outlined a plan to offer ramen kits, sauces, and frozen meals under the D2C brand KoiKoi Essentials.
