Highlands Coffee is Vietnam's largest café chain, running 928 outlets as of September 2025. Since the Philippines' Jollibee Group took a stake in 2012, it has expanded rapidly from 56 outlets to about 1,000. EBITDA for the third quarter of 2025 came to about 11.3 million dollars, up 17.1% year on year, with full-year profit of more than 41 million dollars. Jollibee is considering a Vietnam IPO in Q1 2027, and the possibility of raising up to 400 million dollars has been reported. The aim of the IPO is to secure growth capital and to strengthen its position as Vietnam's leading coffee brand.
