The exhibits center on the filling and preservation equipment used to make milk, drinking yogurt, tea and coffee, carbonated drinks, juice, and bottled water. Proposals matched to Indian price points, such as small-volume containers and filling methods, are on display.
The exhibitors are a mix of European equipment makers and local Indian manufacturers. Even for the same process, the assumptions about price and after-sales support differ greatly, and being able to compare the two is the advantage of an edition held in India.
If you are considering local beverage production, which containers can be obtained reliably in India shapes the product design. Containers and materials taken for granted in Japan may be unobtainable in India, or the price may not work. Checking here reduces the amount of backtracking later.
